SHIPPING:
We ship most items to arrive in 15 business days from the order validation time.
Shipping charges will depend on the delivery address which is mentioned at checkout.
SAME DAY DELIVERY TIME:
Same Day Delivery: Will take 20% extra of the delivery rates. (The cutoff time is 12:00 P.M, this service is available only for Karachi)
Again depending on the product and its availability. Our own riders will be responsible for delivering the products.
ORDER NEVER ARRIVED:
If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know!
First check your shipping confirmation and details, e.g. Address, Contact Number, and Contact Person. If any detail was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

If order gets late due to any unforeseen circumstances, Peng Salon will not be liable for delay in delivery.
Oversized or most fragile items will incur an additional charge of up to PKR 1200 – 1500 depending on the destination.
